We are seeking IHM-certified fresh graduates (B.Sc. in Hotel Management) for various roles in hotel and hospitality management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Services: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience.
2. Catering Operations Support: Assist in catering operations, ensuring smooth service and satisfaction.
3. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
4. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in all services and operations.
5. Staff Supervision: Support the supervision of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
6. Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for operations.
7. Budget Control: Contribute to budget management efforts, monitoring costs and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Proven experience in catering management, preferably in a transportation or travel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Required Education Qualification:
- A degree/ diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
