Key responsibilities:

1. Take charge as the custodian of customer service, acquisition, retention, and resident support processes
2. Curate a memorable living experience for residents, ensuring the utmost customer delight
3. Streamline the onboarding and move-out process, making it a hassle-free transition for residents
4. Work in synergy with the operations team to deliver a seamless stay experience in line with service-level agreements
5. Monitor and analyze sales, profit and loss, and revenue management, producing impeccable data with the team and presenting accurate reports to the leadership team
6. Manage property rentals effectively, including filling vacancies, screening tenants, enforcing leases, and maintaining security
7. Facilitate monthly rent collection cycles and follow standard procedures for handling late rent payments
