Key responsibilities:

1. Create and design innovative, appealing menus that align with family members' preferences
2. Oversee meal preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards and consistency
3. Manage daily kitchen operations, including meal scheduling, food preparation, and kitchen management
4. Develop new recipes, dishes, and culinary techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting
5. Ensure proper cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures are followed
6. Adhere to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Degree in hotel management or related field
2. Strong cooking skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Attention to detail and strong cooking skills
