Job Title:- Hotel Reservation Coordinator (MALE)

Reports to:- Front Office Manager

Location - Kasauli, Himachal
Salary + Food and accommodation

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage hotel room online reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain accurate reservation records and updates.
Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments.
Assist with check-in/check-out processes including handling room keys and luggage.
Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.

Requirements:-

Previous experience in online hotel reservations and front office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
