Key responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management: Handle the entire human resource operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board
2. Operations Team Shadowing: Shadow the operations team to understand and contribute to planning and execution in the OOH (Out-of-Home) industry
3. Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial candidate screenings
4. Onboarding Excellence: Contribute to the seamless onboarding of new hires by preparing materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a positive welcome experience
5. Employee Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate on planning and executing employee engagement activities, fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture
6. Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies
7. Monthly Salary Preparations: Assist in preparing and processing the monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement
