HR & Admin Executive Fresher Job

As a Human Resources Executive at Techyguide OPC Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. We are looking for someone with excellent English proficiency (written and spoken), expertise in MS-Office tools such as Excel and Word, and a good understanding of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
2. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
5. Maintain HRIS database and generate reports for management analysis.
6. Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
7. Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
