1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies
4. Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates
5. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews as needed
6. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
7. Process employee terminations, including exit interviews and documentation
8. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
9. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
10. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
11. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
12. Assist in maintaining records related to EEOC, FMLA, and other regulatory requirements
13. Assist in special HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR audits
14. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Dombivli and neighboring cities
Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2. Proven experience in HR administration or a related role
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
6. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 13,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,04,000 /year
