As an HR Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients with their HR requirements, ensuring seamless HR operations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide expert guidance to clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
2. Conduct thorough HR audits and assessments to identify improvement areas and implement effective strategies
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from sourcing to interviewing candidates
4. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
5. Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems to boost employee productivity and engagement
6. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
7. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Qualifications:
Proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid grasp of HR practices and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field; additional certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in HR consulting or a similar role preferred.
