Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Manage recruitment for IT and non-IT profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the senior HR.
2. Onboarding:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.
3. HR administration:
- Maintain employee records.
- Handle HR-related queries.
4. Employee engagement:
- Support engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns.
5. Performance management:
- Assist in performance appraisals.
- Support managers with performance issues.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1. A bachelors degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
2. 0–1 year of HR experience.
3. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
4. Experience with job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
