About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new candidates
2. Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
3. Maintain the executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
4. Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; and speaking for the executive
5. Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
6. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
7. Complete projects by assigning work to respective members; and following up on results
8. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
9. Maintain company accounts, using Tally, generating invoices and payment follow-ups as needed
10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

4. Capable of connecting and engaging with a sophisticated audience to explain complex concepts in a concise and easy-to-understand fashion

Education & Technical Experience:

1. Bachelors or masters degree or diploma

2. 0-1 years of experience in a corporate environment

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills

4. Institutional expertise and experience working with multiple client types is a plus

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
