HR Generalist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new candidates
2. Conserving executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
3. Maintaining executive appointment scheduling by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
4. Representing the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive
5. Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
6. Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
7. Completing projects by assigning work to respective members; and following up on results
8. Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information
9. Maintaining company accounts, using Tally, generating invoices and payment follow-ups as needed
10. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
