HR Generalist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new candidates.
2. Conserving the executive's time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, and collecting and analyzing information.
3. Maintaining executive schedules by planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and travel.
4. Representing the executive in meetings and speaking on their behalf when absent.
5. Welcoming guests, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
6. Maintaining confidentiality to protect sensitive company operations.
7. Completing projects by delegating tasks and ensuring follow-up on results.
8. Preparing reports by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
9. Managing company accounts with Tally, generating invoices, and following up on payments.
10. Contributing to team success by accomplishing related tasks and goals.
