Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team at W3 Designerz. This position is ideal for a fresher looking to start their career in human resources. Based in our Kolkata office, the intern will gain hands-on experience within a supportive environment. With a requirement of 0 to 1 years of work experience, the role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to various HR functions.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates efficiently.
Familiarity with HRIS management tools to maintain employee data accurately and securely.
Understanding employee relations to handle queries and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Knowledge of compliance with labor regulations to ensure company policies meet legal requirements.
Aptitude for data analysis with a focus on deriving insights and actionable information.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines without compromising quality.
Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced BPO and IT service-oriented work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documents and training are completed.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.
Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Contribute to various HR projects and assist in the development of best practices.
Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives as required.
Collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and objectives.
