About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Organize, maintain, and update employee records
2. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
3. Revise & update company policies
4. Develop training, onboarding, and exit material for employees
5. Respond to employees' questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they're eligible for and maintenance of leave and work-from-home records)
6. Liaise with external partners, like insurance partners and vendors
7. Create regular reports and presentations on team metrics
8. Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
9. Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules and share monthly HR input for payroll)
10. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms for employees
11. Organize HR activities (e.g. help organize office events)

Requirements:

1. 6 months to 1 year of HR operations or administrative experience is a must
2. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR is a must
3. Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
5. Data-driven approach to work, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
6. High level of professionalism and confidentiality
7. Strong organizational and time management skills
8. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
9. Proven work experience as an HR administrator, HR administrative assistant, HR & operations executive, or a relevant role
10. Experience with HR software such as HRMS and administrative tools

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
