About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels.
2. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions.
4. Help maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
5. Support with onboarding activities and new hire orientation sessions.
6. Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives to improve our recruitment processes and strategies.

1. Candidates must have a working laptop.

2. This is a work-from-office role.

3. Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, from Mon to Fri, alternative Sat are WFH.

4. Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi.

5. Contract Duration: 6 to 9 months (contractual role)

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
