Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, creating job postings, sourcing, & collecting resumes through various means, pre-screening/qualifying candidates, pre-employment testing, interviewing, reference/background checks, and onboarding of new hires.
Requirements:
1. Should be passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and industries
2. Must be good in communication with external & internal stakeholders, must have good interpersonal skills, and must be good with convincing & negotiation skills
3. Should be able to give attention to details and must be organized, disciplined, and professional in attitude and approach
4. Excellent computer skills and demonstrable working knowledge of MS Excel, word, PowerPoint
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, dependable work ethic, strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task, ability to prioritize amongst various tasks in a deadline-driven environment, dependable, self-motivated, willing to proactively take ownership and initiative, and must be collaborative
6. Motivation, energy, and sense of urgency
7. Pleasing personality with good personal attributes
