About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Job Analysis and Description: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the job and create accurate job descriptions.
2. Sourcing Candidates: Use various methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
3. Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for the role.
4. Conducting Interviews: Arrange and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position and their fit with the company culture.
5. Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and update them on the progress of candidates.
6. Managing Job Postings: Ensure job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and placed in appropriate channels to attract the right candidates.
7. Building Talent Pools: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
8. Conducting Background Checks: Facilitate background checks and verify candidates' qualifications, employment history, and references.
9. Negotiating Offers: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, and negotiate terms as necessary.
10. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are properly introduced to the company and have the resources they need.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,64,000 /year
