Handle the day-to-day operations of the Office Administration.
Administring the hiring processes of new employees
Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones
Organizing employee engagement activities
Work on recruitment strategies
Work on bulk-hiring
Handle the documentation process
Conduct initial screening of candidates
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Linkedin & Indeed etc.)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
First level of screening of suitable candidates via phone Scheduling interviews of the selected Candidates. Regular follow up with the candidates
Continuously build and expand talent network in assigned practice area using various recruitment techniques
Maintaining daily tracker of the submission and Interviews schedules * Good Command in Database
We are looking for candidates for the Indore location.
Job Types: Full-time, Mid Level role
Salary: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
