HR - Talent Acquistion Fresher Job

We are a fast-growing mental health organization. We offer counseling & therapy services for individuals and couples.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Manage candidate database
2. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
3. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
7. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the department.
