Human Resource Apprentice Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define job descriptions and document specifications.
2. Post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
3. Screen applications from qualified candidates.
4. Communicate employer information during the screening process.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers and qualified candidates to schedule interviews.
6. Assist and participate in the interview process alongside managers.
7. Manage recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, and interviewing to selection and offering.
8. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

Skills:

1. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
2. The candidate should possess the right attitude and should be a quick learner.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Know how to multitask and prioritize.
5. Able to work independently to perform full life-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and salary negotiations.
6. Bring a positive approach. Motivates, and inspires others.
7. Strong typing and computer skills;in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
