We would like you to provide with an opportunity as a HR Intern with our organization Saiva System .

Saiva System is a recruitment solutions and serve over 10 plus sectors and industries operating in India. We have been known in the industry for our IT recruitment services. In addition to it, we provide interim management, global sourcing, market intelligence, executive search, and many other specialized recruitment services. Our global customer base comprises of leading Educational, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Financial, Real Estate, Outsourcing, E-commerce, and Automotive sector companies

Experience: Fresher Only

Stipend : 6000/- P.m( might get payroll within a month if you perform well and the salary will be upto 15k-20k p.m)

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

Days Working: 5.5 (Alternate Saturdays are off)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.
Contribute to training program coordination.
Assist in maintaining employee records.
Maintain and update HR databases and records.
Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests.
Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.
Skills and Qualifications:

1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2) Good interpersonal and team co-ordination skills
3) Must be proactive and self-driven
4) Must be familiar be information technology related terms.
