Human Resources Business Partner Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Promote corporate values and enable business success through strategic Human Resources Management
2. Support the head of operations with the creation and implementation of human resource related issues
3. Manage HR operations of an employee life cycle from entry to exit seamlessly, with meticulous and diligent record-keeping and compliance with all necessary laws/guidelines
4. Provide feedback and suggestions to Management to better the Employee Experience, and recognize when escalation of a situation is necessary
5. Onboarding & Offboarding - Facilitating smooth joining of newcomers, and internal movement, along with the hassle-free exit of employees. Conduct Exit interviews, record and analyze data, and present to the Management for further action
6. Perform internal and external competitive market pay research, analysis, and recommendations for positions, pay structures, job classifications, pay practices, and pay delivery models
7. Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of employee grievances pertaining to payroll, administration, and interpretation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

1. Excellent experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle
2. Good experience in conducting employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, grievance handling, etc
3. Hands-on-experience with various creative tools like Canva, etc
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills
