Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements
2. Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
3. Support new employee onboarding, including documentation and orientation
4. Assist with payroll processing, track attendance, and support benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
5. Address general HR inquiries and assist in resolving minor employee concerns related to HR policies or benefits

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
2. 0-1 year of experience in an HR Admin role
3. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency with HR software and MS Office
5. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
6. Fluency in English speaking and writing is mandatory
