Key responsibilities:

1. Search for candidates from different sources like job portals, references, etc.
2. Coordinate for the HR round of interviews as per the time schedule
3. Coordinate with the campus placement consultants
4. Coordinate with the college training enrollment and issuance of certificates
5. Gather the required documentation from the finalized candidates like Aadhar card, PAN, educational certificates, experience letters, etc.
6. Work on other related recruitment activities
