Key Responsibilities:

4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
7. Provide support in various HR functions, including employee relations, training, and performance management.
