Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial in effectively communicating with employees and management. Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will also be essential in performing various HR tasks and data management.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
4. Supporting performance management processes by tracking and monitoring search mandates
5. Assisting with the administration of tests, interviews and face to face assessments and to provide quick access to necessary information.
7. Providing general administrative support to the Executive Search consultants as needed with collecting data, salary information, ticket booking, transportation management etc., as per client's policies.
