We are looking for an HR recruiter to manage our recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
5. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Ghaziabad and neighboring cities
1. Proven work experience as an HR recruiter or similar role
2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
3. Experience with sourcing techniques
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Sound judgement
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
