Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

As a Human Resources Associate at She Can Foundation, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to empower women and girls. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conducting orientations for new employees and assisting in the onboarding process.
3. Managing employee relations by addressing employee concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
4. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
6. Providing support in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
7. Assisting in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
