As an HR associate, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process and HR generalist utilizing your expertise in MS-Excel to track candidate data and streamline our hiring procedures. Your strong written and spoken English skills will be essential in communicating with potential hires and collaborating with team members.

Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
4. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
5. Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and organizing training sessions.
6. Utilize MS-Office and MS-Word to create reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents.
7. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
