Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements to ensure a strong pool of potential hires
3. Conduct interviews with selected candidates to assess their skills, knowledge, and fit for the role
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process
5. Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate applications

Job Requirements:

1. MBA in HR
2. Male candidates preferred
3. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, screening resumes, and interview scheduling
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
