Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening resumes to shortlisting candidates and conducting preliminary interviews
2. Identify new sources for hiring required manpower, both online and offline
3. Shortlist suitable candidates from job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, and references
4. Collaborate with team managers for hiring needs, build job descriptions, and set assessment parameters
5. Follow up with candidates and onboard them according to company policies
6. Prepare progress reports, pie charts, talent pool dashboards
7. Streamline talent management processes
8. Work on Excel reports, demonstrating proficiency with Excel
9. Manage employee engagement activities
10. Oversee learning and development (L&D) initiatives
