Your expertise in recruitment, employment engagement, statutory compliances, performance management system, HR analytics, English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-Excel, and MS-Office will be invaluable in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
2. Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive work culture.
3. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to labor laws, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
4. Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor and improve employee productivity and satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including employee contracts, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
