We are seeking a skilled 'Human Resources Manager' to oversee our HR functions. In this role, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, conducting interviews, handling employee concerns, and organizing training programs. You will also ensure accurate employee records and manage HR software systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Previous experience in HR management and a solid understanding of employment laws are required. Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
2. Employee relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
3. Performance management: Implement and manage performance review systems, and develop strategies for employee development.
4. HR policies: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
5. Training and development: Organize and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, and manage related documentation.
7. Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage HR software systems.
8. Benefits administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
