Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

As a Human Resources Associate at Sai Sukhda Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our HR department. If you are passionate about recruitment, HRIS, statutory compliances, and possess excellent spoken and written English proficiency, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Your knowledge of MS-Office will also be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure accuracy of employee data and information.
3. Stay up to date on statutory compliances and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws.
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong spoken and written English proficiency.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, letters, and other documentation.
6. Assist in organizing and conducting employee training sessions and workshops.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation throughout the organization.
