Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
2. Develop job descriptions and ensure job specifications are accurate and up to date.
3. Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
4. Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns.
5. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and address grievances.
6. Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
7. Performance Management: Oversee employee performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
8. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
9. Update and maintain HR policies and employee handbook as needed.
10. Handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
11. Compensation and Benefits:
12. Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health benefits, and retirement plans.
13. Conduct regular salary reviews and analyze compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in the market.
14. Training and Development: Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
15. Oversee leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
16. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track HR metrics such as retention, employee satisfaction, and compliance rates.
17. Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and progress toward goals.
