Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
2. Maintain employee records and update HRIS with new hires, terminations, and other changes
3. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
4. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
5. Coordinate employee training and development programs
6. Handle employee inquiries and provide support to resolve HR-related issues
7. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
