Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
2. Supporting onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
3. Managing employee benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with providers.
4. Handling employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
5. Preparing and maintaining HR reports and analytics for management review.
