To continue on this trajectory, we re strengthening our HR Operations team. One of the key roles in HR Operations team is SSC team member. This role ensures that employee lifecycle management is managed on system with precision. This is a Contractual Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing bulk employee onboarding on system
2. Grievance management via a ticketing system
3. Resolving employee queries on helpdesk within TAT
4. Managing exit clearance process
5. Closing working with Rewards team on employee promotions
6. Ensuring employee documentation as per statutory compliances and Audit requirements
7. Following HR processes with diligence
8. Reports and MIS management of 10,000+ employees
*Candidates will be hired on contractual basis for 6 months with Rs. 20k/Month.
