Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update HRIS system with accuracy and efficiency
2. Generate and analyze HR reports using MS-Excel and Power BI to provide insights to senior management
3. Develop and implement HR processes and procedures using Microsoft PowerApps
4. Provide support for recruitment and onboarding processes
5. Assist with employee training and development programs
6. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives
