Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Process employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including conducting orientations and exit interviews.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
6. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely payments.
7. Utilize MS-Office to create reports, presentations, and other documents to support HR initiatives.
