Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
3. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for new hires
4. Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, such as organizing training sessions, preparing HR documents, and managing employee benefits
5. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards
6. Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters, providing timely and accurate information
7. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and performance management systems
8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
