Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Screening resumes
2. Conducting HR interviews of candidates
3. Maintaining employee records and related paperwork
4. Communicating with employees on policies and plans
5. Preparing offer letters and other HR letters
6. Organising office HR events
7. Communicating with vendors for day-to-day essentials and office supplies
8. Being prepared to handle urgent situations

Requirements:

1. Should be very fluent in English verbal and written
