Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, including development and non-development roles.
2.Source and attract candidates through job postings, social media, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
4. Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, including technical assessments for development roles.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
6. Negotiate offers and effectively communicate terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activity.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
