Key responsibilities:

1. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
2. Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company
3. Administer employee benefits and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
