Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in HR administration and operations processes.
2. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
4. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
6. Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
