About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Coordination: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Employee Onboarding: Managing new hire orientation, ensuring completion of necessary documentation, and conducting training sessions.
3. HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports.
4. Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
5. Performance Management: Assisting in the implementation of performance review systems and providing support in performance evaluations.
6. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and assisting in audits and compliance checks.
7. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, handling enrollments, and addressing employee benefits inquiries.
8. Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
9. Payroll Support: Assisting in payroll processing, verifying attendance records, and ensuring timely salary disbursements.
10. HR Projects: Participating in various HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
3. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in Google Drive, MS Office, and HRIS software.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
9. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
10. Technical background with an HR certification is a plus.
