Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
3. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
5. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
6. Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely processing
7. Utilize MS Office tools, including Excel and Word, to create reports and analyze HR data
