Key responsibilities:

1. Handle the full recruitment cycle from posting jobs to interviewing and onboarding
2. Address employee issues, promote open communication, and create a positive work culture
3. Manage payroll, employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
4. Maintain accurate employee records and generate necessary HR reports
5. Help develop and enforce HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
