Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify candidates through LinkedIn, HR mailbox, and other job portals
2. Maintain a database of all applicants
3. Work on candidate screening as per set criteria
4. Manage overall interview, selection, and closing process
5. Maintain a database of blacklisted candidates
6. Prepare a list of approved claims and forward it to accounts
7. Maintain attendance data with the project-in-charge and director responsible
8. Work on submission of attendance for payroll processing
9. Perform reference checks when needed
10. Maintain data for future hiring

Location: Janakpuri at nearby Mata chanan Devi Hospital
Office timing- 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
