Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct calls to candidates for various stages of the recruitment process.
2. Maintain and update attendance sheets and status records.
3. Update the leave register regularly.
4. Organize and conduct the Employee of the Month party.
5. Maintain employee records and training plans.
6. Handle email communications, create presentations, and manage Excel sheets for HR records.
